Ensaimada aka #jokoymada

This morning, Chef Mark Sanchez got a call from #jokoy team telling him that Jokoy was asking if we have ensaimada and if the farmers market wasn’t too far from where they are, they would drop by to get some before leaving for Santa Barbara. We are so happy to have answered this very important call -which we usually can’t do in the middle of a busy farmers market - AND I couldn’t believe that the JOKOY was requesting for our ensaimada.
